our cancellation policy:

The booking/breakage deposit of £200 is a refundable deposit and is returned at the end of the rental period in the manner in which it was received after the apartment has been checked and the telephone meter read. Any telephone charges or the cost of breakages will be deducted from the deposit before it is returned. If the cost of these exceeds £200 you will be liable for the excess over £200.

If the booking is cancelled after the deposit has been paid, the booking/breakage deposit will be refunded in the manner in which it was paid, less an administration charge of ten per cent.

The rent is payable not later than six weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period. In the event that the rent is not paid by that time we reserve the right to cancel the booking, forfeit any breakage deposit paid and recover against you the rent for the period in question in so far as we are unable to relet the property during that period.

If the booking is cancelled after the full rent has been paid, the rental deposit is not refundable unless we are able to re-let the apartment for the period in question; if we are able to re-let the apartment for that period we will give credit against the rental deposit which you have paid for any rent actually received for that period, up to the amount of the rental deposit paid by you. This will be subject to an administration charge of ten per cent of the rent refundable to you. The refund will be made immediately upon receipt of a deposit and rent from a replacement customer who agrees to take up the booking. If only part of the period cancelled is taken up by a replacement customer, a pro rata refund will be made.
